A recent study found 65 percent of kids had an invisible friend. Whether it's a doll,
a stuffed animal, a Pokemon charcter or a red Power Ranger, these imaginary friends are quite real. Kids consider them living friends and often keep these friends long after they admit to their parents about their existence. Often children have multiple friends.

Having a young son with relatives all over the country, I found it time consuming to email my relatives pictures of my son as he was growing up. After every birthday party or family gathering I'd have to download the images from my digital camera and then email them out one by one to my family and friends. There had to be a better way.

ShowMeBaby.com makes it easy for you to set up, manage and grow your own personalized baby website without the hassles and without any technical skills required. With ShowMeBaby.com you add images anytime and your family and friends can view your website anytime. Now with ShowMeBaby.com you can finally have an electronic photo album spanning many years and you can document the achievements of your child for your family to share in no matter where they are in this world

A month on the site is $5. (20mb) A year is less ($43)and also comes with 20 mb and a lifetime is $125. You can add increments of space as your web site grows at $35 (for 20 mb) or $50 for 50mb. The Lifetime comes with 100 mb.

The best thing about this site, is it is possible for give this as a gift certificate.! Now what doting aunt or proud grandparents or excited girlfriend wouldn't want to have a easy place to show the latest pictures of the baby! by making it easy on the new parents to just post their pictures once and share them with family and friends in beautifully designed and personal and private space. How sensible to have it offered as a gift as well.

If you need help with middle names as well, Baby Genie might be right for you!

Baby Genie grants wishes for the 'perfect' first & middle baby names and is available by email.

Your wish is this electronic genie's command and there is method behind the magic.

Here is a tip for middle names:
Vary the number of syllables in each name. A long middle name can nicely compliment a short first and last name. A short middle name can smooth out a long first and last name combination. Whatever you do, don't string three long names together (unless you want your child to have difficulty filling out forms their whole life!)

A little star watching in Hollywood at the Griffiths Observatory...A friend just sent us a link to a very well designed and presented review called The Sun Moon and Stars. The in-depth and amusing commentary on celestial objects, mostly stars are punctuated with fabulous "star" quotes, great photos of celestial jewelry which the writer notes was on display at the Observatory when she wrote her review.

Griffiths Observatory has been just re-opened. "Public interest in the reopening of Griffith Observatory is expected to generate an overwhelming number of projected visitors to the Observatory in the months after reopening. In response, the City of Los Angeles has implemented a temporary visitor access program featuring a timed-entry and shuttle reservation system. This temporary program will ensure an enjoyable and safe visitor experience by preventing long waits and overcrowding while maintaining normal traffic flows in the Los Feliz area."
